Ordination

Ordination to the Vocations: A Mission to Serve

In the Sacrament of Ordination (or Holy Orders), the priest being ordained vows to lead other Catholics by bringing them the sacraments, proclaiming the Gospel, and directing them to spiritual growth, healing and transformation, and service to others. Ordained ministers play an important role in helping us follow the footsteps of Christ as we each do what is ours to do in this lifetime.
