Spirituality Retreat for Women
6 pm Friday - 4 pm Sunday
October 15 - 17
Carole Whittaker, PhD and Gloria Cuevas-Barnett

As our world moves toward globalization and increasingly pervasive technology, it also holds the possibility of opening up a new kind or level of human consciousness that can lead to greater freedom and wholeness for humankind, both individually and collectively. In order to do so, it needs a spirituality that is adequate to understand and express the depth dimensions and meaning of contemporary experience. How does Divine Presence manifest in this kind of world?  Does our personal participation matter?

Women are particularly well-suited to develop and embody the spirituality that integrates inner spiritual dimensions of being with everyday experience and relationships. During our time together on this retreat, we will explore our understanding of creation and human consciousness, ground our bodies in prayer and movement, and open our hearts in dialogue and ritual.

Please join us in this special gathering of women who are developing and embodying the spirituality that is so needed today.

Fee per person includes lodging, meals and materials: $220 single, $180 double;
Commuter fee includes meals and materials: $140.
Check-in Friday, 5 pm; dinner 6 pm.  Retreat concludes with lunch on Sunday.

Gloria Cuevas-Barnett is Director of the Center for Development of Human Potential.  She provides individual coaching and facilitates process work with small groups.
