Contemplative Prayer Day
Daily Practices for those who crave a deeper relationship with the Divine
September 18, Saturday, 9 am – 12 noon
Pat Julian and Kathleen Flanagan

Contemplative Prayer is the opening of our hearts and minds to the Ultimate Mystery who is God.  There is a wealth of wisdom in our Christian Tradition that leads us to identify several prayer practices that can lead us into our heart space: the place where authentic contemplation is experienced.

The morning will include silence, short teachings on contemplative prayer practices and meditation/Centering Prayer sessions.
Enrollment limited to 15.

Fee per person: $25

Pat Julian, MA, director of The Franciscan Way programs, spiritual director and teacher, holds an MA in Communication from ASU and was an associate at the Shalem Institute in Washington, DC.
